Found when digging a specific spot on the first floor of the Dino's Dig.

Usage

The ancient code when used, revealing how the toasts need to be interacted within to open the hidden entrance.

Using this item on the inventory reveals the image seen on the side, which shows the password to open the way to the areas below the toast graves found in the Orange Oasis.
The item is not needed to open the way, it only reveals the password.
