"Gold" watch is a charm in OMORI. As the description implies, it's useless in combat, but can be sold for 1000 clams.

Obtained in the beggining of the Junkyard, on the map the title-card show up, right in the middle area.
Location of the "Gold" watch's watermelon, it's the blue one.
