This item cannot be obtained during normal gameplay.
Trivia
- It's likely that, after completing Cris's sidequest and giving her enough seashells, that she was intended to reward Sunny with this accessory as opposed to the version she actually does. Notably, the one she gives actually increases the wearer's stats - being one of the only accessories to do so in the real world - while this version has no effect, like the vast majority of real world accessories.
