Trivia
- When consumed, Rotten Milk will damage the drinker for 50% of their max heart, even if drank on the overworld.
- This is the only way to render characters Toast while on the overworld, as most other overworld damage sources will simply leave them at 1 heart, even if repeatedly hit.
