5-leaf Clover is a charm in OMORI, its stats dynamically changes according to the energy the party has while in battle, ranging from 2 as base luck up to 12 when the energy bar's full.

Obtaining
It's obtained after completing the quest "Stick in the Mud" for Mr. Scarecrow, after which he flies off and the item's left on the ground for the party to pick up, right where Mr. Scarecrow was standing.
