Mods (short for modifications) are fan-made changes to a game. This page was made to instruct the user on how to find and install mods. Make sure to check out any readmes included with mods, as they may contain important information. Use mods with caution and do be aware that they can break at any moment from a game update, or conflict with other mods. You will also need Windows and a purchased copy to run mods!

Installing a Mod Loader

In order to get mods running on your game, you will first need a mod loader. There are two mod loaders you can download. Be sure to check the mod page for which loader it requires!

OneLoader by Rph is recommended as it is up-to-date and will work with almost every mod. It is also more efficient, has conflict resolution and comes with a built-in decryptor. That said, it might still be unstable as it is still currently being worked on so if you use it be sure to report any bugs to Rph#9999.

GOMORI by Gilbert (GG142#1420) is an older mod loader that has less features but is fully stable. It will also work with almost every mod.

Then, drag the contents from the zip file and put them in the Omori game files (steamapps/common/OMORI). Replace all files that it asks to. Go into the www folder. You should see a mods folder if you did it right.

Installing Mods

You can download mods from #modding-showcase in the OMORI Discord, or go to https://mods.one/. Once you have download the zip file, open up the Omori folder and go to the www folder, then go to the mods folder. Simply drop the zip file in the folder.

Rph has a video tutorial here (GOMORI only, but the same process applies to OneLoader).

Making Mods

There are a variety of things you can do with modding Omori, and as such it would be difficult to list extensively in detail on how to do it. As such, a modding doc has been linked here, written by members of the modding community that can teach you the ground work of how to do it.
