Mari is a girl with long, straight hair and bangs. In [[Headspace]], she has purple hair and eyes. She wears what looks like a variation of a Japanese [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Japanese_school_uniform seifuku].

In the [[Faraway Town|real world]], Mari had black hair, black eyes, and wore a purple jacket or sweater over a white dress. She wore purple shoes.

As a spirit, Mari looks slightly older than her appearance in Headspace. Similar to [[Omori]], she is completely black and white, and her eyes are sometimes depicted as white. She wears a long, white dress.

===Personality===
She's often spoken of as being kind and gentle and plays a sisterly role in the friend group with Sunny, [[Hero]], [[Kel]], [[Aubrey]], and [[Basil]].

Her first appearance shows she has a mischievous side, poking fun at Kel and Aubrey's mannerisms and afterward teasing Hero. Later in the game, it is also revealed she would pull pranks on Hero especially, such as putting bugs in his school desk. It is implied that she and Hero were in a relationship

It is also shown that she was a perfectionist, spending hours at a time practicing the same piano piece over and over again.

Mari was born on March 1st<ref>[https://twitter.com/OMORI_GAME/status/1362572854793887748 Official OMORI Account confirms that Mari's birthday is on March 1st.]</ref> to unnamed parents more than 16 years before the main game. At some point, her parents had her little brother, Sunny. The two grew up in [[Faraway Town]] next to [[Kel's house|Kel and Hero's family]]. She used to play softball before suffering from a permanent knee injury.

Mari and Hero were a couple prior to her death, this is shown in Basil's photo album. Prior to the events of the game, Mari would spend a lot of time practicing the piano and taking college prep classes. Because of this, she would spend less time with her younger brother, Sunny. In an attempt to spend more time with his sister, Sunny picked up the violin again and the both of them would practice together often for an upcoming recital.

On the day of the recital, Mari and Sunny had an argument due to Mari's perfectionism, which resulted in him accidentally pushing her down the stairs, killing her. Initially in denial, Sunny and Basil carried her to bed, believing she was unconscious.

Basil, after realizing she was dead, came up with the plan to frame her death as a suicide. Stepping back into the house, both of them looked back at her corpse to see one of her eyes looking directly at them, traumatizing the children and haunting them in the form of [[Something]].

Though Sunny and Basil knew the truth, everyone else was under the impression that Mari had committed suicide and blamed themselves for her death. As a result, their previously tight-knit friend group fell apart.

==Profile==
===Appearance===
Hero is the oldest and tallest of the party. According to [[Sprout Mole Mike]], he is 5'7" in Headspace.

In Headspace, Hero wears a set of blue-striped pajamas. His hair is unkempt and messy from sleep. Like [[Kel]] and [[Aubrey]], he is barefoot, and his hairs and eyes are the same bluish-purple tint as theirs.

In the real world, Hero has neatly styled brown hair and black eyes. He wears a navy v-neck sweater, grey pants, and white shoes.

===Personality===
Hero is the peacemaker of the group, who tries to restrain his friends whenever they get too worked up. He is described as having a mild personality and being passionate about baking, cooking, and cleaning.<ref>Sprout Mole Mike: His passions include baking, cooking and cleaning... And if that doesn't sound like the perfect man, check out his killer smile and mild personality!</ref>He is also noted to be an extremely hard and talented worker. Kel describes him as being "naturally good at everything,"<ref>Kel: He's naturally good at everything but he still works really hard, so I'm proud of him!</ref> and he becomes the [[Last Resort]]'s best employee less than a day after his employment via contract. [[Mr. Jawsum]] explicitly cites this as a reason for why he refuses to let Hero resign without a fight, and the Last Resort notably completely flops within a day of his absence, as seen during the [[Routes|Omori route]].<ref>Mr. Jawsum: His very presence increases my work output by 700%! I'd be a fool to let go of a worker like him.</ref>

Hero is extremely charismatic, and his charisma allows him to convince others to go along with his requests, get discounts from the [[Mailbox (Character)|Mailbox]] (who cites him as his "best customer") and befriend animals, like [[Ems]]. However, he is a pushover, and often has difficulty telling others "no," such as when Aubrey successfully talks him into attending [[Sweetheart]]'s Quest for Hearts, and his initial reluctance to turn down Sweetheart's marriage proposal until his friends motivate him.

He also has crippling arachnophobia; in Headspace, encountering enemies that are even vaguely spider-like will cause him to begin the battle Afraid, while in the real world, his fear seems to have gotten even worse to the point where he completely shuts down when he catches even a glimpse of a spider in his room.

In the real world, he is significantly more reserved than his depiction in Headspace, which Kel notes is due to Mari's death, and theorizes that he still blames himself for her apparent suicide.

Towards the end of the game, if Sunny examines him as he sleeps at Basil's house, he will describe him as "wise, capable, loving" and as someone "that will always make himself available to help you, even to a fault."

Hero was born on January 1st<ref>[https://twitter.com/OMORI_GAME/status/1362572854793887748 Official OMORI Account confirms that Hero's birthday is on January 1st.]</ref> to an [[Kel's dad|unnamed father]] and [[Kel's mom|mother]] approximately 19 years before the start of the game.<ref>In Headspace, he states that he is fifteen years old in the Omori route when Mr. Jawsum hands him ownership of the Last Resort, and it has been four years since Mari's death at the time of the game's events.</ref> Three years later, his younger brother Kel was born. Hero obtained the nickname "Hero" because of his love for [[Hero Sandwich|hero sandwiches]].<ref>Kel: You know... I don't know if I ever told you this, but that's why my brother's nickname is Hero... You'd think it's because of some really cool reason like he saved a puppy when he was a kid or something... but no... He just really likes sandwiches!</ref>

At some point, Hero became friends with his next-door neighbors [[Mari]] and [[Sunny]], then later [[Aubrey]] and [[Basil]]. They, along with Kel, would spend much of their time together. It is implied that Hero and Mari were either dating or simply had mutual feelings for each other, as depicted through many of their interactions both in Headspace and in memories in reality.

When Mari died, Hero became severely depressed and secluded himself from his friends, family, school, and hobbies for about a year, becoming an hikikomori not unlike Sunny. At one point, Kel tried to help Hero out of his depressive episode, but this resulted in Hero taking out his grief and anger on Kel.<ref>Kel: One night... I went over to him while he was all huddled in his blankets and started saying stuff. Stuff like how we all miss him and how we want him to get better... How everyone is really worried... How Mari wouldn't want to see him like this... [...] But Hero... Hero got angry. He suddenly got up and started screaming and yelling at me about a bunch of stuff. Some of it was pretty hurtful, too... but I think I blocked out a lot of it. </ref> His parents immediately rushed to comfort him, ignoring Kel who was also in tears. Noticing this, Hero immediately embraced Kel and apologized. It is after this instance that Hero's depression began to subside, although according to Kel, he is still somewhat closed off.

He once considered becoming a chef partly due to Mari's (and potentially Sunny's) encouragement. However, after her death, he decided to follow his parents' wishes to become a doctor.

===Normal Route===
====Day 1====
Hero is not physically seen on the first day, as he is at college and preparing to return to Faraway for the summer. Nonetheless, he indirectly kicks off the events that take up much of the plot in the real world: Kel invites Sunny to help him pick out a gift to celebrate his return from college, which directly leads them into encountering Aubrey and Basil, an encounter that prompts much of the conflict in the real world.

====Day 2====
Hero is not seen until the evening, although a part of Kel's errands involves picking up a order for a [["Pizza" Order|hero sandwich]] for him from Gino's Pizza.

When Aubrey accidentally pushes Basil into the lake at their old hideout spot in a fit of rage, Sunny jumps in to save him, although he begins drowning. Hero makes his real-world debut by diving into the lake, saving both Sunny and Basil's lives (although Sunny hallucinates the event as Mari saving him). After the trio carry the waterlogged and unconscious Basil back to his house, Hero properly greets Sunny and Kel, and is surprised at Aubrey's outburst of violence towards Basil, suggesting it to be a misunderstanding.

The trio eventually return to Kel's house, although their mother is upset over their tardiness to dinner. While eating in the living room, they look through Basil's [[Photo Album]], where Hero notices that all photographs of Mari have been removed from the album. Reminiscing over the memories, Hero gets the idea of spending the night at Sunny's house, which Kel escalates into a sleepover, remembering that Sunny hates sleeping alone.

Later that night, after Omori finishes his exploration of [[Black Space]], Sunny awakes to music coming from the piano room. When he comes to investigate, Hero arrives, also having heard it, before confiding in Sunny about Mari's death. He admits that he still misses her every day, and that he doesn't understand why she "chose to leave us the way she did," before prompting Sunny to return to bed, stating that he will join him shortly. If Sunny reenters the piano room, he will see Hero sobbing over the piano, still grieving Mari.

====Day 3====
Hero awakes Sunny early, having cooked him and Kel breakfast and having finished all of Sunny's chores for him as a parting gift of sorts. When [[Kim]] knocks on the door, angry at Kel for "doing something" to Aubrey to make her completely unresponsive and demanding his help, Kel initially brushes her off. Hero is the one who suggests attempting to reach out to her, reasoning that, while Aubrey has changed, he still cares about her, and she likely still cares about them too, deep down.

Meeting up with the Hooligans at Aubrey's house, he finds the door unlocked and enters with Sunny and Kel. They find the place to be in complete disrepair, with Aubrey's mother completely nonresponsive. Heading upstairs to the attic, the friends confront Aubrey, who is initially outraged at their intrusion, screaming at them to get out. After hearing both sides of the conflict, Hero identifies the tension as a "normal Kel and Aubrey fight," and asks them to make-up, before confronting Aubrey about the stolen Photo Album pictures. While he chides Aubrey for the thievery, he nonetheless forgives her for it and helps the group place the photos back, completing the album with the exception of one photo.

Afterwards, the reunited friends attempt to visit Basil's house; when he turns out to be at the hospital, visiting his grandma, Hero suggests heading to the treehouse they had built in Sunny's backyard years prior. When they leave the treehouse, Aubrey breaks down into tears as she admits to her misplaced anger at everyone "moving on" from Mari's death, and her theft of Basil's Photo Album after his alleged vandalism of it. Hero is the one to comfort her, noting that she was the one who restored the photos to pristine condition, and prompts his friends into a group hug, before they return to Basil's house under Aubrey's urging. When they arrive, and discover Basil to be completely unresponsive, Hero suggests a sleepover, both to celebrate Sunny's last day in Faraway and so they'd be there for Basil. Spending the evening hanging out together watching television, the friends eventually fall asleep.

===Abandon Ending===
After remembering the truth, if Sunny chooses to go back to sleep instead of confronting and "saving" Basil, Basil will succeed in killing himself, leaving the entire friend group in despair. Hero, in tears, will beg Sunny not to look at Basil's corpse, and tell him to go home, saying that they'll take care of the situation, unconvincingly adding that they'll "be okay."

Notably, the first time he is spoken to, the line "We'll be okay. I think..." is written in the game's alternate, messy font typically associated with [[Something]]. If he is spoken to again, the line will be rendered in the game's normal font.

===Good Ending===
The friend's sleepover is interrupted after they hear [[Basil_(enemy)|Sunny's disastrous attempt to "save" Basil]], ending in Basil grievously injuring Sunny's eye with gardening shears. The three friends presumably call an ambulance for the badly injured boys, going by the sirens heard after Sunny blacks out.

If Sunny refuses to give up when he falls to [[Omori_(enemy)|Omori]]'s assault, he will wake up in the [[Hospital]] and will seek out Basil. Hero will be found in Basil's hospital room along with Kel and Aubrey, checking on him. Sunny proceeds to tell him - and the rest of his friends - the truth behind Mari's accidental homicide and alleged suicide.

==Overview==
The Junkyard is a linear area themed around old technology and, like Otherworld, space. It can be accessed after Captain Spaceboy's crew gives the group the [[Junkyard Key]], it's also where the player is taught about the [[Tagging|tagging]] mechanics. 
It is built like a labyrinth, having one entrance and one exit with containers acting as the walls, once the party finishes their adventure there, a shortcut will open leading back to the entrance of the Junkyard. 
The group can learn a [[Joke Book|joke]], find a [[hat ghost]] and obtain a few items.

==Story==
After meeting [[Captain Spaceboy]] the group receives a key to the Junkyard.
In the Junkyard they find [[Rosa]] with the [[Special Mixtape]], after she refuses to give it to them, she runs away. 
Later, after they caught up with her, they find her on the other side of a line, frozen and unresponsive. They go over the line and get surprised by [[Download Window]]. After they defeat it, they retrieved the mixtape from Rosa and returned to Captain Spaceboy.

As soon as the party enters the area there will be a blocked road, later opened after defeating the area's boss, and a single way forwards that leads deeper into the area, in this map it's possible to find [[Rubber Band|rubber band]], [[Granola Bar|granola bar]] and the sellable [[Charms|charm]] [["Gold" Watch|"gold" watch]].

Going further informs the player about the special battle event when encountering enemies within the Junkyard, named simply as "Junkyard", [[Kel]] will always look into the trash at the start of the battle, with a chance to find [[Can|cans]], [[Tofu|tofus]], rubber bands, [[Chocolate|chocolates]] and [[Cherry Soda|cherry sodas]], with 37,5% chance of finding nothing at all.
This area also informs the player about [[Aubrey|Aubrey's]] tag, allowing the party to break the giant block blocking the path forward, there is also some watermelons and interactable sparkles containing [[Glass Bottle|glass bottle]], [[Air Horn|air horn]] and the [[Thingamabob|thingamabob]].

After this area is a place with various treadmills and a locked gate, which directions can be changed by interacting with the Conveyor-bots, prompting the player to change the leader to [[Hero]] to convince the Conveyor-bot to work, only the first interaction needs Hero to be the party leader, taking the treadmills allows the party to reach another Junkyard key and progress further, it's also possible to find [[Life Jam Guy]] hidden in one of the containers, interacting with him explains the uses of [[Life Jam|life jam]], gives some of it to the player as well as allowing the party to buy more for 250 clams. Lastly, there are watermelons and sparklers containing cans, glass bottles, chocolates, the [[Comet Hammer|comet hammer]] and the [[Flower Puzzle|flower puzzle]], as well as the location of one of the [[Glasses Ghost]] and vending machines allowing the party to buy [[Tasty Soda|tasty sodas]].

Continuing forward leads the party into a small tunnel, if the [[WTF Value]] is equal or higher than 2, a photo of "someone familiar" will be there, if interacted as [[Omori]], [[Something]] will appear briefly and the photo will be removed from existence, a life jam can also be found here.

Once exiting the tunnel, there will be a small area containing some vending machines and a watermelon with [[Lemonade|lemonade]], followed by a last tunnel before reaching the next part of the location.

With a Picnic right at the start of this map, this is a fairly straight path with some items scattered through the trash, where the party can find a can, computer part, dead batteries, glass bottles and the [[Bubble wrap]], as well as a watermelon containing [[Star Fruit Soda|star fruit soda]], there are two exits in this area, way forward, which blocked by a "Keymagnet", which the party destroys during Kel's tag tutorial, and a path by a container, which eventually leads to the [[Scarethrow|Scarethrow's]] cave, the way will be blocked by [[Gator Guy|Gator Guys]] before doing Kel's tutorial.

Going further leads the party to a large area with an entrance to the tunnel, which leads to different parts of the map:

*While in the area a key counter will remain in the top left of the screen, despite only one key being found in the entire area, rendering the counter unnecessary.
*There is an [[Corrupted Junkyard|area in Black Space 2]] similar in aesthetics to the Junkyard, also using a slightly slowed version of its theme.

==Overview==
The Junkyard is a linear area themed around old technology and, like Otherworld, space. It can be accessed after Captain Spaceboy's crew gives the group the [[Junkyard Key]], it's also where the player is taught about the [[Tagging|tagging]] mechanics. 
It is built like a labyrinth, having one entrance and one exit with containers acting as the walls, once the party finishes their adventure there, a shortcut will open leading back to the entrance of the Junkyard. 
The group can learn a [[Joke Book|joke]], find a [[hat ghost]] and obtain a few items.

==Story==
After meeting [[Captain Spaceboy]] the group receives a key to the Junkyard.
In the Junkyard they find [[Rosa]] with the [[Special Mixtape]], after she refuses to give it to them, she runs away. 
Later, after they caught up with her, they find her on the other side of a line, frozen and unresponsive. They go over the line and get surprised by [[Download Window]]. After they defeat it, they retrieved the mixtape from Rosa and returned to Captain Spaceboy.

As soon as the party enters the area there will be a blocked road, later opened after defeating the area's boss, and a single way forwards that leads deeper into the area, in this map it's possible to find [[Rubber Band|rubber band]], [[Granola Bar|granola bar]] and the sellable [[Charms|charm]] [["Gold" Watch|"gold" watch]].

Going further informs the player about the special battle event when encountering enemies within the Junkyard, named simply as "Junkyard", [[Kel]] will always look into the trash at the start of the battle, with a chance to find [[Can|cans]], [[Tofu|tofus]], rubber bands, [[Chocolate|chocolates]] and [[Cherry Soda|cherry sodas]], with 37,5% chance of finding nothing at all.
This area also informs the player about [[Aubrey|Aubrey's]] tag, allowing the party to break the giant block blocking the path forward, there is also some watermelons and interactable sparkles containing [[Glass Bottle|glass bottle]], [[Air Horn|air horn]] and the [[Thingamabob|thingamabob]].

After this area is a place with various treadmills and a locked gate, which directions can be changed by interacting with the Conveyor-bots, prompting the player to change the leader to [[Hero]] to convince the Conveyor-bot to work, only the first interaction needs Hero to be the party leader, taking the treadmills allows the party to reach another Junkyard key and progress further, it's also possible to find [[Life Jam Guy]] hidden in one of the containers, interacting with him explains the uses of [[Life Jam|life jam]], gives some of it to the player as well as allowing the party to buy more for 250 clams. Lastly, there are watermelons and sparklers containing cans, glass bottles, chocolates, the [[Comet Hammer|comet hammer]] and the [[Flower Puzzle|flower puzzle]], as well as the location of one of the [[Glasses Ghost]] and vending machines allowing the party to buy [[Tasty Soda|tasty sodas]].

Continuing forward leads the party into a small tunnel, if the [[WTF Value]] is equal or higher than 2, a photo of "someone familiar" will be there, if interacted as [[Omori]], [[Something]] will appear briefly and the photo will be removed from existence, a life jam can also be found here.

Once exiting the tunnel, there will be a small area containing some vending machines and a watermelon with [[Lemonade|lemonade]], followed by a last tunnel before reaching the next part of the location.

With a Picnic right at the start of this map, this is a fairly straight path with some items scattered through the trash, where the party can find a can, computer part, dead batteries, glass bottles and the [[Bubble wrap]], as well as a watermelon containing [[Star Fruit Soda|star fruit soda]], there are two exits in this area, way forward, which blocked by a "Keymagnet", which the party destroys during Kel's tag tutorial, and a path by a container, which eventually leads to the [[Scarethrow|Scarethrow's]] cave, the way will be blocked by [[Gator Guy|Gator Guys]] before doing Kel's tutorial.

Going further leads the party to a large area with an entrance to the tunnel, which leads to different parts of the map:

==Overview==

The Vast Forest can be first accessed via the tree stump in the middle of Headspace. It is the central point of Headspace. To the West of the Tree Stump is [[Pyrefly Forest]], to the north is [[Deep Well]], and in the east is [[Otherworld]]. To the South of the Stump is the [[Vast Forest#Forest Playground|Playground]] and more branching paths. 
The Vast Forest also has a subarea and an entry point to the [[Orange Oasis]].
Many of Omori's friends can be found on the playground, including [[Mari]] and [[Basil]]. To the South of the playground there is a sign and another intersection.

To the west of this sign is an area that further connects to the [[Vast Forest#Train Station|Train Station]] and a small cave containing the [[Wise Rock]]. Furthermore, several snacks and charms can be found here. 
[[Berly's Lost Ball|Berly's lost ball]] can also be found here. Walking further west will bring you to the foggy bridge, which connects the left and right side of the Vast Forest.

To the east of the sign is an aera that further connects to a grotto containing the [[Shadow Dog]]. Directly above of the grotto is a ladder to the [[Vast_Forest#Pinwheel_Forest|Pinwheel Forest]]. Watermelons can be found here that contain snacks and charms. 
Going even further will lead to the foggy bridge, which connects the left and right side of the Vast Forest.

Lastly, Basil's garden and house can be found south of the sign.

==Story==
Having made plans with Basil and Mari to meet them at the playground, Omori and his friends leave [[Neighbor's Room]] to visit the playground in the Vast Forest. Upon entering the playground, the group spot Mari and Basil and join them in their [[Picnic|picnic]]. 
After chatting a little and looking at Basil's [[Photo Album]], Basil invites Omori and friends to his house before being stopped by [[Berly]] 

Berly forces Omori and friends to play Hide and Seek with everyone. She makes everyone draw a straw to decide who gets to seek. Omori ends up seeker. 
Subsequently, everyone regroups and notices that Basil has still not been found. They hear a rustle nearby and decide to look around. Shortly after, [[Boss]], who was excluded from the hide and seek, makes his presence known with Basil in hand. Lastly, he challenges Omori and friends to a fight. 
Having beaten Boss, Omori and friend make their way to Basil's house. 

Upon nearing his house, Basil snaps a surprise picture of his friends. Aubrey and Kel then fight over who gets to see it first and end up pushing Basil, making him drop his Photo Album and fall. The pictures all fly out of the Photo Album because of the fall. 
After picking the photos up, the group enter Basil's house and insert the photos back into the photo album. 

Once the group was almost done, Basil finds a photo he doesn't recognise, fearfully exclaiming "Mari, she's-" before Omori is forcefully sent to [[White Space]]. 
Thereafter, the Vast Forest becomes the starting point of the nights spent in the Dreamworld. The next major event appear at the start of the third night, where all of Omori's friends disappear, with Mari then guiding the player to the Deep Well.
===Hikikomori Route===
Since Sunny is getting further and further away from revealing the truth in this route, Mari does not show up to guide Omori in the third night, with Kel appearing instead. This causes the visit to [[North Lake]] being cut short tremendiously. 
After Omori saves Basil from [[Black Space]], Headspace is reset. This causes minor changes to the Vast Forest, with the biggest change being the presence of the hairband charms in Basil's house.

=== Stump entrance ===
The main entrance of Headspace, connecting it to the Neighbour's Room and White Space, this area serves as an intersection to Pyrefly Forest, Otherworld, the Playground and the Deep Well. 

In the first night, when Omori and friends first go through the stump, a [[WTF Value]] between 1 and 13 will be set that changes some of the events that can happen in the game, the higher more events will change, usually leading to more jumpscares. 
After dealing with [[Something in the Dark]], the [[Hangman#Keys|Blackletter "A"]] can be found blocking the entrance to the playground. 
In the second night, a group of [[Lost Sprout Mole|Lost Sprout Moles]] will attack the player and reward the party with four [[Show tickets|show tickets]].

=== Forest Playground ===
The Forest Playground is the area where Omori and all his friends play hide and seek, it contains one of Mari's many picnic blankets, one of the flying mirrors scattered around Headspace, a sign that changes its content almost daily, a mailbox shop and many friends, as well as the location of the first enemy the party encounters, [[Boss]].

While in here, Shawn and Ren are able to teach Omori the skill "observe" after the hide and seek, Daisy will offer the quest [[Daisy's Dilemma]] and reward the player with a [[Daisy (charm)]] after completing it. Berly and Van will also offer the [[Berly's Lost Ball]] quest, completing this quest will reward the player with the [[Butt certificate]] and teach Aubrey the skill "headbutt", after doing the quest and completing the tutorial, talking to Berly again while she is here will increase Aubrey's juice by 20. Lastly, the shop located here sells [[Candy]], [[Apple juice]], Jacks and [[Present|Presents]].

=== Pinwheel Forest ===
The Pinwheel Forest is a subarea in Vast Forest.
It can be accessed with a ladder east of the sign right under the Playground.
The Pinwheel Forest is a high up area, many clouds are visible and it's is visibly foggy.
There are many big pinwheels sprinkeled with the trees. In the north, Mari has set up a picnic and [[Kite_Kid_(enemy)|Kite Kid]] can be fought, after being fought it's possible to play with the kite, Hero will have a plain normal kite, Aubrey a bunny like kite, Kel an odd kite and Omori a kite resembling the [[Big Yellow Cat]], at the side there is also another of the many flying mirrors around Headspace.
There's also a [[Ghost_Party_(quest)|Hat Ghost]] and the Blackletter "C". 
Lastly, there is a watermelon stuck in one of the big pinwheel that falls if Kel throws a ball at it, it contains a [[Spaghetti|spaghetti]]. If Kite Kid is defeated after doing this, his dialogue will change when being defeated.

The Old Shoe is where Head Space Basil lives. After his disappearance, the shoe house and it's surroundings will start to decay, getting worse as the Hangman game progresses.

If Head Space gets reset in the Hikikomori Route, the shoe house and it's surroundings will go back to its pristine conditions, with some powerful [[Charms|charms]] to be found there.

The Train Station is an area located within the Vast Forest with various NPCs, specifically:
*[[Leafie]], who will offer the quest [[Rabbit Killer]].
*[[Mountain]], [[Goosey]] and [[Hot Diggity Dog]], when interacting as Hero, will gift the party with a [[4-leaf clover]], 100 clams, and a hot dog respectively.
*[[Gibs]], the stationary musician, who will sing the party a song if they give him clams.
*A [[Jash]] that sells [[Lemonade|lemonade]] after the prologue.
*[[Mr. Outback]] can be found here before defeating [[Space Ex-Boyfriend]], as he will move to Orange Oasis after it.
*A [[Sweetheart|Pink dressed lady]], appears only after defeating Space Ex-Boyfriend, but disappears after finishing the prologue.
Most of the other minor characters will not be here after the prologue, as they will instead be found in Orange Oasis.
There are also three watermelons containing [[Popcorn|popcorn]], [[Sparkler|sparkler]] and [[Plum juice|plum juice]]. 

After being gifted the [[Train pass|train pass]] from [[Captain Spaceboy]], the party will be able to catch the train. 
The first time the party goes to the train, they will be temporally stuck in an infinite loop, after running in one direction for a while, a [[Dorothi]] will block the way, and then quickly charge at the party. 
After the fight, the train will be filled with toasts, and after getting out, the party will find themselves in the [[Orange Oasis]].

=== Vast Forest alcoves ===
There are several alcoves hidden in the vast forest, which can contain items, characters or events. 
The already mentioned shadow dog grotto can be found on the east area, interacting with the dog have a chance of giving the player several items, including [[Can|cans]], [[Rubber band|rubber bands]], life jams, cherry soda, [[Hot dog|hot dog]] and sparklers, it will also unlock the Good Dog [[Achievements|achievement]]. 

The Wise Rock can be found in the west area, near the screen transition, interacting with the it allows the player to spend clams in exchange of some not very useful tips, these can be seen better at its page. 
The shroom alcove can be found close to where Berly's ball found, after learning how to cut one open in [[Sweetheart's Castle]], it's possible to reach a higher area and interact with the pink flower in the middle, doing so will have an 80% chance of receiving nothing and 20% chance of receiving either a [[Mango smoothie|mango smoothie]], [[S.berry smoothie]], [[Berry smoothie|berry smoothie]] or a [[Melon smoothie|melon smoothie]], with higher chance for the latter. This can be done multiple times without penalty. 

A hidden tree with a tire, at the first arrival, Something will be at the side of the tree and quickly disappear. 
After Humphrey is defeated, interacting with the tree will show a short image in the background and after a screen flash, the tire and Something will be gone. Reentering this room afterwards causes [[Nanci]] to spawn.

== Flowers ==
After Basil disappearance, the flowers will start to decay. Each day, after defeating one of the major [[Something|Somethings]], the rate which flowers decay increases until completing the [[Hangman]] puzzle, when all the flowers die. 

The amount and which flower decays is decided by a variable called "Watering Decay", with a sunflower decaying after defeating every major Something, and other flowers based on other more complex variables,
with increased chances based on how far the game's progressed and how many times the player called a teleport event by changing maps. 
Lastly, the flowers will only decay when the party arrives on this map. 

It's possible to water the decayed flowers. This will refresh them and causes Omori and his friends to gain extra maximum hearts. This has a 25% chance of happening per watered flower. 
Different flowers give hearts to its associated party member, except Omori, who gains hearts from the tulip, sunflower and the lily of the valley. 

There is an ending that is associated with these flowers. The player must water the flower after defeating [[Mr. Jawsum (enemy)|Mr. Jawsum]] but before first entering [[Humphrey]].

The Pyrefly Forest can be accessed on Three Days Left and onwards, after [[Omori]] overcomes his fear of spiders. It is located left of the stump. 
At the end lies the [[Sprout Mole Village]] and subsequently, [[Sweetheart's Castle]]. Additionally, it contains a secret passage leading to the optional [[Lost Forest]]. 
Along the path, the player can find a [[Matchbox]] on an elevation past a spider web. Another room contains a picnic, a mirror and [[Cat Ears]] hidden behind it. 
A Spaceline Station, a mailbox and another picnic can be found past the minecart track required to progress. [[King Crawler]] is the boss of this area.

Continuing the search for [[Basil]], Omori and his friends enter the Pyrefly Forest, albeit much to [[Hero|Hero's]] displeasure.
Upon further exploration the party stumbles upon a slimy block obstructing the path, which [[Aubrey]] fails to smash through. Instead they must gather [[Track]] pieces to repair the tracks of a minecart, which is able to power through the obstacle. To get the track pieces on the other hand, the Matchbox must be acquired, as sets of spiders blocking the path get distracted by candlelight. Candles must be lit to cut down the spider webs.
The party reunites with [[Mari]] past the obstacle, when the minecart reaches the end of its tracks. Hero hugs her on sight and exclaims how afraid he was, to which Mari responds that it's a bit embarrassing. Kel reminisces that if Basil were here, he could calm Hero down, which [[Aubrey]] denies. Mari mentions that Hero should eventually learn to deal with his fears, as Omori does, but he is wishful that it will go away on its own.
Before the friends can enter Sprout Mole Village, they will have to deal with King Crawler, a Sprout Mole-eating and centipede-like creature that lunges at them.

The right joke to read out is found on the [[Construction Site]] within the [[Deep Well]], and the player will be granted the [[LOL Sword]] as well as the "xD" [[Achievements|Achievement]] for doing so. Any others will cause the Weeping Willow to cry and to disappear until another clam is thrown into the lake.

A path hidden in the trees will lead the party into an area full of what appears to be [[Mewo]]. When coming closer however, it'll reveal its long legs and chase them. Should it catch the party, they will be sent back to the start, with all but Omori stuck in spider webs. The friends have to be freed, otherwise the player will not be able to leave.
Past the maze is another short glimpse of [[Something]] ontop of a treestump. [[Stranger]] can be seen disappearing within the woods. Following him leads to the Lost Forest.
===Club Sandwich===
Another Club Sandwich can be found here near the Rare Bear by entering the waterfall behind it. Aside from the hosts [[Reuben]] and [[Hoagie]], [[Sir Maximus IV]] can be met at the counter mourning the death of its ancestors. The Rarest Bear is found relaxing on the couch, and a constantly spinning Sprout Mole is on stage crying for help.

The Otherworld can first be accessed after [[Basil|Basil's]] disappearance and Sunny overcoming his fear of heights.

After overcoming his fear of heights, [[Omori]] goes back to sleep. Back in Headspace, his friends tell him that Basil is missing and that [[Mari]] was worried about him. After talking with Mari, the group decides to go up the ladder east of the tree stump to look in Otherworld. 

Omori is first hesitant but the group's reassuring words convince him to climb up. Once in Otherworld, they meet [[Captain_Spaceboy|Captain Spaceboy's]] crew.
They tell the group that Captain Spaceboy is lovesick and to fix his broken heart they must find [[Sweetheart|Sweetheart's]] [[Special mixtape|special mixtape]] in the Junkyard, also giving a [[Junkyard key]], allowing entrance into the area. 

In the Junkyard, the group finds [[Rosa]] with the mixtape, she tells them that Sweetheart has actually broken up with Cpt. Spaceboy and that he threw the mixtape in the trash himself.
Not quite believing her, they retrieve the mixtape successfully and return to Cpt. Spaceboy. 
But on the way to him, a rogue planet called [[Pluto]] passes them, seeking shelter from Cpt. Spaceboy's crew. Kel swiftly finds somewhere for him to hide. 
After the area is clear again, Pluto thanks them and teaches Kel how to [[Battle_system#Skills|Flex]], he also starts his own business transporting people from area to area called "Pluto's Spaceline". 

Once they arrive in Cpt. Spaceboy's ship the group explains that Sweetheart broke up with him but Kel was too eager to wait and ends up playing the Mixtape, thus making Cpt. Spaceboy furious, causing him to battle the group. 
After they defeat him, he apologizes, returns to his calmer self and gives the group a [[Sno-cone ticket]] and a [[Train pass]], the party also snatches his [[Eye patch|eye patch]] in the process. 

After the fight, there are red footprints that lead to the west of the Otherworld entrance, to the Cattail Fields. Upon entering the area, Omori is separated from his group and follows the Stranger into a barn, revisiting various memories on the way there<ref>???: "''Mari's cookies... Mari's cookies have much more love baked into them. I could eat them forever.''" ???: "''Watermelons... are my favorite part of summer...''" ???: "''We're still young... We should dream big, right?''" ???: "''A wish? But what should I wish for? In that barn, there's a giant mirror, interacting with the mirror will bring you to a monochrome area. In here is the [[Hangman|Letter F]], a music stand, a picture of a happy family on the wall, and a knot far above Omori.
While trying to leave, [[Something]] appears behind him and catches Omori, throwing him back to [[White Space]].

On the last day of the Hikikomori Route, Cpt. Spaceboy's father, [[Pinkbeard]], can be found in his son's house. After talking to him, he reveals that he's looking for his son.
He gives the party some [[Batteries|batteries]] that can be used to access Snowglobe Mountain. At the very peak of the mountain, Captain Space Ex-Husband can be found.
He's devastated about Sweetheart breaking up with him, si he will fight anyone who comes near him. 
After being defeated, he will gift the party his old [[Wedding ring|wedding ring]] and return to his ship. 

After Headspace gets reset, Omori and his friends will be able to fight the combined forces of [[Pluto (Expanded)|Pluto]] and the [[Earth]] on the Solar System bridge behind Spaceboy's house. 
Pluto will reveal that he and the Earth were always great friends, even before being bound to a solar system. 

Lastly, the barn can be revisited during the epilogue. After the reset, the mirror will show the reflection of Something, that disappears when interacted. [[Salli|Sallies]] can be found roaming around in here.

The Cattail Field is maze like area, connected to the main entrance of the Otherworld, Otherworld Campsite, the Sprout Mole Colony and the Outskirts. In it are several NPCs, in special the [[Mr. Scarecrow]] that offers the party a [[Quests|quest]] to help him find his crow friends, which rewards with the [[5-leaf clover]], as well as various enemies. There's also a [[Joke book|joke sign]] and various watermelons containing [[Donut|donut]], [[Mango smoothie|mango smoothie]], [[Can|can]], [[Star fruit soda|star fruit soda]] and [[Smores|smores]], and a barn with a giant photo frame that can be entered during the end of the prologue and during the epilogue. 
Going into the barn during the prologue reveals an area with the Letter "F" and a family photo on the wall, while in the epilogue only Sallies and Something can be found.

The Otherworld Campsite is a big campsite that contains most of the homes of Otherworld's residents. There, Mari set up a picnic and a Pluto's Spaceline station can be found on an elevation. 
A mirror, a shop, a recycle machine, and a vending machine can be found near Mari's picnic. 
Leaving the Campsite to the right leads to the Outskirts, meanwhile leaving it to the north will bring you to Captain Spaceboy's ship, and then subsequently to the Junkyard. 
The recycle machine can be interacted with, doing so will allow the party to exchange recyclable materials for clams, each material has its own value:
*[[Can|Cans]] rewards with 5 clams.
*[[Glass bottle|Glass bottles]] rewards with 10 clams.
*[[Cardboard|Cardboards]] rewards with 15 clams.
*[[Dead batteries]] rewards with 20 clams.
*[[Computer part|Computer parts]] rewards with 25 clams.
In addition, it will reward the party with [[Charms|charms]] after recycling a certain threshold of materials, after 5 items, the party receives the [[Seer goggles|seer goggles]], 10 items for the [[Flashlight|flashlight]], 25 for a [[Cellphone|cellphone]] and 50 for the [[Universal remote|universal remote]], along with the "Recycling is a Concept" [[Achievements|achievement]]. 
A can can be found in the trash at the middle of the area.

The Solar System is a long bridge that connects Captain Spaceboy's ship with the entrance of the Junkyard.
Multiple planets can be found here such as Earth and Pluto.

===== Mr. and Mr.s Duckie's House =====
Their house resembles a big present box.
The inside contains a table for two, a TV, a bookcase filled with DVDs and a bed with enough space for three. [[Mr. Duckie]] will offer a quest to look for his son, [[Duckie Jr.]], once the party brings him home he will grab the present containing a [[Dandelion|dandelion]] atop one of the bookshelves and give it to the party.

===== Smol's House =====
Smol's house resembles a blue sleeping dragon with thrusters on it's back.
The inside is filled with awards, won for being the smallest centaur. There's also a bookcase, that can be interacted with. Doing so will initiate the [[Dust Bunny]] fight. 
There is also a bed that smells like a farm and a nightstand with a lamp on it. Talking to Smol while Hero is [[Tagging|tagged]] will reward the party with a [[Friendship bracelet|friendship bracelet]].

===== Pessi's House =====
Pessi's house resembles a female person's head with a red bow in it's pink hair. 

The inside is filled with merchandise by an [[Sweetheart|obnoxious person]].
===== TV Girl's TV =====
TV Girl's TV can be accessed through a secret passage way slightly to the east of the Campsite. 
It's a giant TV and in it are dozens of screens that display images. Sitting infront of the screens is [[TV Girl]]. 
TV Girl herself will also offer a quest asking the party to gather some items in the Junkyard, giving the party a [[Strange list|strange list]] to aid them, when the quest is completed the party's rewarded with a [[Dynamite|dynamite]] and access to the coffee machine. 
Interacting with the coffee machine gives the party a [[Coffee|coffee]], in order to get another coffee this way, the party must transition between maps 20 times before interacting with the machine again.

=== Sprout Mole Colony ===
The Sprout Mole Colony in Otherworld is quite different from the one in [[Pyrefly Forest]]. It's a lot more spacious and has way fewer Sprout Moles living in it, however as the game progress, more Sprout Moles will arrive, including [[Big Molio]], who if the party previously helps him during one of the final segments of the game will reward them with 2 [[Hot dog|hot dogs]], it's also home for [[Batzy]], who if interacted as Hero, will reward the party with a [[Butt peach soda|butt peach soda]]. 
Talking to the Construction Moles reveals that they have recently moved. There isn't much to do here but if Omori is tagged and the universal remote is equipped on him he may interact with the broken TV, leading him to [[Static Void]]. There are various watermelon scattered in the area which contains four cardboards, one computer part, a rubber band, a life jam, a can and lastly dead batteries.

=== Outskirts ===
The Outskirts are a collection of areas east of the Campsite.
The first area is an intersection, walking north leads to the entrance to the Junkyard and going south leads to a secret pathway to TV Girl's House. 
Just around the corner of that intersection is a small pond with a tent and a fireplace, where Duckie Jr. can be found for his quest, as well some few NPCs, the tent can be entered which reveals [[Jock Jams]], who dances if the player turns on the music box inside. 

Opposite of that is a pathway that is blocked by cones that can be destroyed, and eventually, lead to [[Lone Mole]], that, if spoken to, will yell at the party and force them to fix the cones, which also awards the party with the "What is the Big Idea" achievement. However, talking to it while Hero's tagged will instead reward the party a donut. 
Lastly, watermelons containing a [[Blanket|blanket]] and a star fruit soda can be found in this room. 

The last area, just a little further east, contains a telescope that can be interacted with and container, going inside the container reveals a dancing floor and a sign that forces the player to run backward if interacted. There's also one of the [[VIP Rooms]], showing the full background of the area. 
Near the east exit, which leads to the other entrance the Cattail field, are vending machines. 

South of the telescope is a lake, the first time the player arrives here Something will be in the middle of the lake, disappearing once the party gets near it. There is an interactable bottle that can be thrown at the lake, it asks a small question, but the answer will not affect the playthrough. Watermelons can also be found here, containing life jam, [[Fries|fries]] and the [[Red ribbon|red ribbon]], found in the middle of the lake.

Going further south reveals that the road is blocked by a [[Venus Flytrap]], defeating it will allow access to the Frozen Lake.

After defeating Space Boyfriend, he and his crew can be found eating sno-cones here for the remainder of the prologue. 
There is a break time that can be interacted with, which makes a random party member fish while the others rest in the bridge, with various possible outcomes:
*13/16 chances of fishing nothing at all or creatures and objects that are thrown back to the lake.
*A small chance of fishing a vending machine.

*A miserable chance of fishing a life jam.
On the bottom of the map there is an igloo with a watermelon containing life jam behind, entering it reveals a small room with an interactable plastic fish mounted on the wall with a place to put batteries in, which when put, makes the fish sing. 
If the player awaits till the end of the song, a trap door will appear, leading to a portal. 
After taking the portal the player can find the [[Hangman|Blackletter]] "G", and going up a ladder reveals a joke sign, going further is the entrance to Snowglobe Mountains.

=== Hikikomori route ===
On the last day of the Hikikomori Route, Cpt. Spaceboy's father, [[Pinkbeard]], can be found in his son's house. After talking to him, he reveals that he's looking for his son.
He gives the party some [[Batteries|batteries]] that can be used to access Snowglobe Mountain. At the very peak of the mountain, Captain Space Ex-Husband can be found.
He's devastated about Sweetheart breaking up with him, si he will fight anyone who comes near him. 
After being defeated, he will gift the party his old [[Wedding ring|wedding ring]] and return to his ship. 

After Headspace gets reset, Omori and his friends will be able to fight the combined forces of [[Pluto (Expanded)|Pluto]] and the [[Earth]] on the Solar System bridge behind Spaceboy's house. 
Pluto will reveal that he and the Earth were always great friends, even before being bound to a solar system. 

Lastly, the barn can be revisited during the epilogue. After the reset, the mirror will show the reflection of Something, that disappears when interacted. [[Salli|Sallies]] can be found roaming around in here.

The Cattail Field is maze like area, connected to the main entrance of the Otherworld, Otherworld Campsite, the Sprout Mole Colony and the Outskirts. In it are several NPCs, in special the [[Mr. Scarecrow]] that offers the party a [[Quests|quest]] to help him find his crow friends, which rewards with the [[5-leaf clover]], as well as various enemies. There's also a [[Joke book|joke sign]] and various watermelons containing [[Donut|donut]], [[Mango smoothie|mango smoothie]], [[Can|can]], [[Star fruit soda|star fruit soda]] and [[Smores|smores]], and a barn with a giant photo frame that can be entered during the end of the prologue and during the epilogue. 
Going into the barn during the prologue reveals an area with the Letter "F" and a family photo on the wall, while in the epilogue only Sallies and Something can be found.

=== Otherworld Campsite ===
The Otherworld Campsite is a big campsite that contains most of the homes of Otherworld's residents. There, Mari set up a picnic and a Pluto's Spaceline station can be found on an elevation. 
A mirror, a shop, a recycle machine, and a vending machine can be found near Mari's picnic. 
Leaving the Campsite to the right leads to the Outskirts, meanwhile leaving it to the north will bring you to Captain Spaceboy's ship, and then subsequently to the Junkyard. 
The recycle machine can be interacted with, doing so will allow the party to exchange recyclable materials for clams, each material has its own value:
*[[Can|Cans]] rewards with 5 clams.
*[[Glass bottle|Glass bottles]] rewards with 10 clams.
*[[Cardboard|Cardboards]] rewards with 15 clams.
*[[Dead batteries]] rewards with 20 clams.
*[[Computer part|Computer parts]] rewards with 25 clams.
In addition, it will reward the party with [[Charms|charms]] after recycling a certain threshold of materials, after 5 items, the party receives the [[Seer goggles|seer goggles]], 10 items for the [[Flashlight|flashlight]], 25 for a [[Cellphone|cellphone]] and 50 for the [[Universal remote|universal remote]], along with the "Recycling is a Concept" [[Achievements|achievement]]. 
A can can be found in the trash at the middle of the area.

The area's shop will sell [[smores]], [[Cherry soda|cherry soda]], [[Banana smoothie|banana smoothie]], [[Rubber band|rubber band]], [[Sparkler|sparkler]] and [[Life jam|life jams]].

Captain Spaceboy's ship has two floors that are connected by a flight of stairs. 

The lower one is filled with boxes and his Crew.
 
The upper one is Cpt. Spaceboy's bedroom. In here is an unusable telescope, a table for two, bookcases filled with knowledge from "all across the galaxy", several potted plants, a makeup table, a bed and an interactable keyboard.

The Solar System is a long bridge that connects Captain Spaceboy's ship with the entrance of the Junkyard.
Multiple planets can be found here such as Earth and Pluto.

===== Mr. and Mr.s Duckie's House =====
Their house resembles a big present box.
The inside contains a table for two, a TV, a bookcase filled with DVDs and a bed with enough space for three. [[Mr. Duckie]] will offer a quest to look for his son, [[Duckie Jr.]], once the party brings him home he will grab the present containing a [[Dandelion|dandelion]] atop one of the bookshelves and give it to the party.

===== Smol's House =====
Smol's house resembles a blue sleeping dragon with thrusters on it's back.
The inside is filled with awards, won for being the smallest centaur. There's also a bookcase, that can be interacted with. Doing so will initiate the [[Dust Bunny]] fight. 
There is also a bed that smells like a farm and a nightstand with a lamp on it. Talking to Smol while Hero is [[Tagging|tagged]] will reward the party with a [[Friendship bracelet|friendship bracelet]].

===== Pessi's House =====
Pessi's house resembles a female person's head with a red bow in it's pink hair. 

The inside is filled with merchandise by an [[Sweetheart|obnoxious person]].
===== TV Girl's TV =====
TV Girl's TV can be accessed through a secret passage way slightly to the east of the Campsite. 
It's a giant TV and in it are dozens of screens that display images. Sitting infront of the screens is [[TV Girl]]. 
TV Girl herself will also offer a quest asking the party to gather some items in the Junkyard, giving the party a [[Strange list|strange list]] to aid them, when the quest is completed the party's rewarded with a [[Dynamite|dynamite]] and access to the coffee machine. 
Interacting with the coffee machine gives the party a [[Coffee|coffee]], in order to get another coffee this way, the party must transition between maps 20 times before interacting with the machine again.

=== Sprout Mole Colony ===
The Sprout Mole Colony in Otherworld is quite different from the one in [[Pyrefly Forest]]. It's a lot more spacious and has way fewer Sprout Moles living in it, however as the game progress, more Sprout Moles will arrive, including [[Big Molio]], who if the party previously helps him during one of the final segments of the game will reward them with 2 [[Hot dog|hot dogs]], it's also home for [[Batzy]], who if interacted as Hero, will reward the party with a [[Butt peach soda|butt peach soda]]. 
Talking to the Construction Moles reveals that they have recently moved. There isn't much to do here but if Omori is tagged and the universal remote is equipped on him he may interact with the broken TV, leading him to [[Static Void]]. There are various watermelon scattered in the area which contains four cardboards, one computer part, a rubber band, a life jam, a can and lastly dead batteries.

=== Outskirts ===
The Outskirts are a collection of areas east of the Campsite.
The first area is an intersection, walking north leads to the entrance to the Junkyard and going south leads to a secret pathway to TV Girl's House. 
Just around the corner of that intersection is a small pond with a tent and a fireplace, where Duckie Jr. can be found for his quest, as well some few NPCs, the tent can be entered which reveals [[Jock Jams]], who dances if the player turns on the music box inside. 

Opposite of that is a pathway that is blocked by cones that can be destroyed, and eventually, lead to [[Lone Mole]], that, if spoken to, will yell at the party and force them to fix the cones, which also awards the party with the "What is the Big Idea" achievement. However, talking to it while Hero's tagged will instead reward the party a donut. 
Lastly, watermelons containing a [[Blanket|blanket]] and a star fruit soda can be found in this room. 

The last area, just a little further east, contains a telescope that can be interacted with and container, going inside the container reveals a dancing floor and a sign that forces the player to run backward if interacted. There's also one of the [[VIP Rooms]], showing the full background of the area. 
Near the east exit, which leads to the other entrance the Cattail field, are vending machines. 

South of the telescope is a lake, the first time the player arrives here Something will be in the middle of the lake, disappearing once the party gets near it. There is an interactable bottle that can be thrown at the lake, it asks a small question, but the answer will not affect the playthrough. Watermelons can also be found here, containing life jam, [[Fries|fries]] and the [[Red ribbon|red ribbon]], found in the middle of the lake.

Going further south reveals that the road is blocked by a [[Venus Flytrap]], defeating it will allow access to the Frozen Lake.

=== Frozen Lake ===
Located south of the Outskirts nearby the lake, it's a snowy spot inside the Otherworld, Mari can also be found here, as well as a sno-cone machine that exchanges sno-cone tickets with [[Sno-cone|sno-cones]], the [[Sunhat Ghost]], a [[Jash]] that sells sno-cones and a [[Fisher Bear]]. 
After defeating Space Boyfriend, he and his crew can be found eating sno-cones here for the remainder of the prologue. 
There is a break time that can be interacted with, which makes a random party member fish while the others rest in the bridge, with various possible outcomes:
*13/16 chances of fishing nothing at all or creatures and objects that are thrown back to the lake.
*A small chance of fishing a vending machine.
*A small chance of fishing a [[Tofu|tofu]].
*A miserable chance of fishing a life jam.
On the bottom of the map there is an igloo with a watermelon containing life jam behind, entering it reveals a small room with an interactable plastic fish mounted on the wall with a place to put batteries in, which when put, makes the fish sing. 
If the player awaits till the end of the song, a trap door will appear, leading to a portal. 
After taking the portal the player can find the [[Hangman|Blackletter]] "G", and going up a ladder reveals a joke sign, going further is the entrance to Snowglobe Mountains.

== Trivia ==
*According to text found in the files<ref>"A vending machine. Everything is sold out."</ref>, there was supposed to have a small chance that the vending machine found while fishing had no sodas left, but such interaction wasn't implemented.
*The chance to get a life jam while fishing is 1/5 chances of being able to roll a 1/16 chances of receiving it, which is 1.25%.
* After defeating the Earth, both the sprite in captain Spaceboy's house and in the solar bridge will disappear, this happens because both of them are the same event.

==Overview==
The Otherworld can first be accessed after [[Basil|Basil's]] disappearance and Sunny overcoming his fear of heights. 
It is detached from the rest of [[Headspace]] and an entry point to the Snowglobe Mountain can be found here.

==Story==
=== All Routes ===
After overcoming his fear of heights, [[Omori]] goes back to sleep. Back in Headspace, his friends tell him that Basil is missing and that [[Mari]] was worried about him. After talking with Mari, the group decides to go up the ladder east of the tree stump to look in Otherworld. 

Omori is first hesitant but the group's reassuring words convince him to climb up. Once in Otherworld, they meet [[Captain_Spaceboy|Captain Spaceboy's]] crew.
They tell the group that Captain Spaceboy is lovesick and to fix his broken heart they must find [[Sweetheart|Sweetheart's]] [[Special mixtape|special mixtape]] in the Junkyard, also giving a [[Junkyard key]], allowing entrance into the area. 

In the Junkyard, the group finds [[Rosa]] with the mixtape, she tells them that Sweetheart has actually broken up with Cpt. Spaceboy and that he threw the mixtape in the trash himself.
Not quite believing her, they retrieve the mixtape successfully and return to Cpt. Spaceboy. 
But on the way to him, a rogue planet called [[Pluto]] passes them, seeking shelter from Cpt. Spaceboy's crew. Kel swiftly finds somewhere for him to hide. 
After the area is clear again, Pluto thanks them and teaches Kel how to [[Battle_system#Skills|Flex]], he also starts his own business transporting people from area to area called "Pluto's Spaceline". 

Once they arrive in Cpt. Spaceboy's ship the group explains that Sweetheart broke up with him but Kel was too eager to wait and ends up playing the Mixtape, thus making Cpt. Spaceboy furious, causing him to battle the group. 
After they defeat him, he apologizes, returns to his calmer self and gives the group a [[Sno-cone ticket]] and a [[Train pass]], the party also snatches his [[Eye patch|eye patch]] in the process. 

After the fight, there are red footprints that lead to the west of the Otherworld entrance, to the Cattail Fields. Upon entering the area, Omori is separated from his group and follows the Stranger into a barn, revisiting various memories on the way there<ref>???: "''Mari's cookies... Mari's cookies have much more love baked into them. I could eat them forever.''" ???: "''Watermelons... are my favorite part of summer...''" ???: "''We're still young... We should dream big, right?''" ???: "''A wish? But what should I wish for? I have everything I could want right here.''" ???: "''This year, you get just one present... from all of us.''" ???: "''You looked so peaceful sleeping there... Reminds me of when you were just a baby.''" ???: "''Are you going on ahead? Don't worry about us... We'll catch up in a minute.''" </ref>.

In addition, it will reward the party with [[Charms|charms]] after recycling a certain threshold of materials, after 5 items, the party receives the [[Seer goggles|seer goggles]], 10 items for the [[Flashlight|flashlight]], 25 for a [[Cellphone|cellphone]] and 50 for the [[Universal remote|universal remote]], along with the "Recycling is a Concept" [[Achievements|achievement]]. 
A can can be found in the trash at the middle of the area.

The area's shop will sell [[smores]], [[Cherry soda|cherry soda]], [[Banana smoothie|banana smoothie]], [[Rubber band|rubber band]], [[Sparkler|sparkler]] and [[Life jam|life jams]].

Captain Spaceboy's ship has two floors that are connected by a flight of stairs. 

The lower one is filled with boxes and his Crew.
 
The upper one is Cpt. Spaceboy's bedroom. In here is an unusable telescope, a table for two, bookcases filled with knowledge from "all across the galaxy", several potted plants, a makeup table, a bed and an interactable keyboard.
====== Solar System ======
The Solar System is a long bridge that connects Captain Spaceboy's ship with the entrance of the Junkyard.
Multiple planets can be found here such as Earth and Pluto.

===== Mr. and Mr.s Duckie's House =====
Their house resembles a big present box.
The inside contains a table for two, a TV, a bookcase filled with DVDs and a bed with enough space for three. [[Mr. Duckie]] will offer a quest to look for his son, [[Duckie Jr.]], once the party brings him home he will grab the present containing a [[Dandelion|dandelion]] atop one of the bookshelves and give it to the party.

===== Smol's House =====
Smol's house resembles a blue sleeping dragon with thrusters on it's back.
The inside is filled with awards, won for being the smallest centaur. There's also a bookcase, that can be interacted with. Doing so will initiate the [[Dust Bunny]] fight. 
There is also a bed that smells like a farm and a nightstand with a lamp on it. Talking to Smol while Hero is [[Tagging|tagged]] will reward the party with a [[Friendship bracelet|friendship bracelet]].

===== Pessi's House =====
Pessi's house resembles a female person's head with a red bow in it's pink hair. 

The inside is filled with merchandise by an [[Sweetheart|obnoxious person]].
===== TV Girl's TV =====
TV Girl's TV can be accessed through a secret passage way slightly to the east of the Campsite. 
It's a giant TV and in it are dozens of screens that display images. Sitting infront of the screens is [[TV Girl]]. 
TV Girl herself will also offer a quest asking the party to gather some items in the Junkyard, giving the party a [[Strange list|strange list]] to aid them, when the quest is completed the party's rewarded with a [[Dynamite|dynamite]] and access to the coffee machine. 
Interacting with the coffee machine gives the party a [[Coffee|coffee]], in order to get another coffee this way, the party must transition between maps 20 times before interacting with the machine again.

=== Sprout Mole Colony ===
The Sprout Mole Colony in Otherworld is quite different from the one in [[Pyrefly Forest]]. It's a lot more spacious and has way fewer Sprout Moles living in it, however as the game progress, more Sprout Moles will arrive, including [[Big Molio]], who if the party previously helps him during one of the final segments of the game will reward them with 2 [[Hot dog|hot dogs]], it's also home for [[Batzy]], who if interacted as Hero, will reward the party with a [[Butt peach soda|butt peach soda]]. 
Talking to the Construction Moles reveals that they have recently moved. There isn't much to do here but if Omori is tagged and the universal remote is equipped on him he may interact with the broken TV, leading him to [[Static Void]]. There are various watermelon scattered in the area which contains four cardboards, one computer part, a rubber band, a life jam, a can and lastly dead batteries.

=== Outskirts ===
The Outskirts are a collection of areas east of the Campsite.
The first area is an intersection, walking north leads to the entrance to the Junkyard and going south leads to a secret pathway to TV Girl's House. 
Just around the corner of that intersection is a small pond with a tent and a fireplace, where Duckie Jr. can be found for his quest, as well some few NPCs, the tent can be entered which reveals [[Jock Jams]], who dances if the player turns on the music box inside. 

Opposite of that is a pathway that is blocked by cones that can be destroyed, and eventually, lead to [[Lone Mole]], that, if spoken to, will yell at the party and force them to fix the cones, which also awards the party with the "What is the Big Idea" achievement. However, talking to it while Hero's tagged will instead reward the party a donut. 
Lastly, watermelons containing a [[Blanket|blanket]] and a star fruit soda can be found in this room. 

The last area, just a little further east, contains a telescope that can be interacted with and container, going inside the container reveals a dancing floor and a sign that forces the player to run backward if interacted. There's also one of the [[VIP Rooms]], showing the full background of the area. 
Near the east exit, which leads to the other entrance the Cattail field, are vending machines. 

South of the telescope is a lake, the first time the player arrives here Something will be in the middle of the lake, disappearing once the party gets near it. There is an interactable bottle that can be thrown at the lake, it asks a small question, but the answer will not affect the playthrough. Watermelons can also be found here, containing life jam, [[Fries|fries]] and the [[Red ribbon|red ribbon]], found in the middle of the lake.

Going further south reveals that the road is blocked by a [[Venus Flytrap]], defeating it will allow access to the Frozen Lake.

North of the Outskirts is a small area that leads to the Junkyard, also connecting to Spaceboy's solar system bridge by the giant star on the right, during the prologue [[Maestro]] can be found here, nearby a is watermelon containing a [[Backpack|backpack]].

=== Frozen Lake ===
Located south of the Outskirts nearby the lake, it's a snowy spot inside the Otherworld, Mari can also be found here, as well as a sno-cone machine that exchanges sno-cone tickets with [[Sno-cone|sno-cones]], the [[Sunhat Ghost]], a [[Jash]] that sells sno-cones and a [[Fisher Bear]]. 
After defeating Space Boyfriend, he and his crew can be found eating sno-cones here for the remainder of the prologue. 
There is a break time that can be interacted with, which makes a random party member fish while the others rest in the bridge, with various possible outcomes:
*13/16 chances of fishing nothing at all or creatures and objects that are thrown back to the lake.
*A small chance of fishing a vending machine.
*A small chance of fishing a [[Tofu|tofu]].
*A miserable chance of fishing a life jam.
On the bottom of the map there is an igloo with a watermelon containing life jam behind, entering it reveals a small room with an interactable plastic fish mounted on the wall with a place to put batteries in, which when put, makes the fish sing. 
If the player awaits till the end of the song, a trap door will appear, leading to a portal. 
After taking the portal the player can find the [[Hangman|Blackletter]] "G", and going up a ladder reveals a joke sign, going further is the entrance to Snowglobe Mountains.

== Trivia ==
*According to text found in the files<ref>"A vending machine. Everything is sold out."</ref>, there was supposed to have a small chance that the vending machine found while fishing had no sodas left, but such interaction wasn't implemented.
*The chance to get a life jam while fishing is 1/5 chances of being able to roll a 1/16 chances of receiving it, which is 1.25%.
* After defeating the Earth, both the sprite in captain Spaceboy's house and in the solar bridge will disappear, this happens because both of them are the same event.
* All vending machines, including the one fished in the Frozen lake, sell [[Tasty soda|tasty sodas]].
* The Telesope found in the outskirts shows a different view and teleports Omori to "[[Cloud Walkway]]" if the switch named "Blackspace_Pocket" is on.
:* Weirdly enough, this switch only gets turned on if Omori enters a pocket, so it is impossible to enter Cloud Walkway this way.
* The bottle found at the lake is a reference to Dean Martin's "[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OnFlx2Lnr9Q That's Amore]".
* The keyboard in Captain Spaceboy's ship can be played by the four party members.
